If you're having trouble with your account — logging in, resetting your password, or updating your profile — try closing and reopening the app first. Most issues resolve with a fresh session.
To delete your account, go to Settings → Delete account inside the app. You'll have a 7-day window to restore it before it's permanently removed.
Matches are generated nightly. If you're approved and haven't received a match yet, it means we haven't found a strong enough fit — we'd rather wait than match poorly.
If a match room isn't loading or messages aren't sending, check your connection and try restarting the app.
You can report a user directly from a match room. We review all reports manually. If you feel unsafe, please also contact local authorities.
